The ‘Canes led 14-13 after the first quarter and trailed by only six points at half time. But St. Vincent-St. Mary’s talent took control in the second half. James led all scorers with 32 points, teammate Romeo Travis added 16 points and Corey Jones 12 points.

New Castle guard Leon Ward had 16 points and forward Devin Taylor 15 points.
